Where to find your eSIM
Your eSIM is right in your account — not a QR code in an email. Open trevvel.de/konto (or tap the link in your confirmation email) and pick your new eSIM.
Step 1: Install your eSIM
Tap “Install eSIM”
Open trevvel.de/konto on the iPhone that should get the eSIM and pick your new eSIM.
Tap the “Install eSIM” button.
Your iPhone opens the “Add eSIM” dialog right away — just confirm the steps. No QR code, no scanning.
Bought on another device? Just open trevvel.de/konto on the iPhone that should get the eSIM — or scan the QR code from your account (Settings › Cellular › Add eSIM › Use QR Code).
Name the plan
The assistant walks you through the steps. When it asks for a label:
Give the eSIM a name like “Trevvel Trip” so you recognise it later.
Step 2: Turn on data roaming
Do it now
You can switch data roaming on right away. There are no charges — the eSIM only works once you land in your destination.
Turn on data roaming
Go to Settings › Cellular and tap your new Trevvel eSIM.
Turn “Turn On This Line” ON.
Turn “Data Roaming” ON.
✈️ When you land
Once you land, you just tell the iPhone which card to use for the internet.
Switch mobile data over
Go to Settings › Cellular › Cellular Data.
Select your “Trevvel Trip” eSIM.
Done. You’re online. 🌍
