Delete account

Here you can delete your account for the Trevvel eSIM app by vnty GmbH. Trevvel uses the same account as the other vnty GmbH apps. You decide whether to delete only Trevvel or everything.

Trevvel only

We delete your Trevvel data: your Trevvel profile, Miles and vouchers, trips and flights, push settings. Your eSIMs disappear from your account. Your vnty login stays, as does everything in other vnty GmbH apps.

Entire vnty account

We delete your login and all data in every vnty GmbH app, including Trevvel. You won't be able to sign in anywhere with it afterwards.

What we have to keep

One legal exception applies either way: we must keep invoice records for ten years (§ 147 AO, German tax law). Those records remain, but we sever the link to you — the amount and date stay, who bought it does not.

How it works

  1. Sign in with your email address.
  2. Choose what should be deleted.
  3. Confirm with your email address. Deletion happens immediately.
